Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or running Ominus (the “Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description

Ominus is a command-line tool that automates the production and publishing of short-form videos to third-party platforms, including TikTok and YouTube Shorts, using the user’s own credentials.

3. User responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish.
  • You must hold all required rights to any input you provide.
  • You must comply with the terms of every third-party platform you publish to, including TikTok’s Community Guidelines and YouTube’s Terms.
  • You must not use the Software to publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.

4. Third-party services

The Software calls third-party APIs (LLM, TTS, media, TikTok, YouTube). Their respective terms apply. We are not responsible for outages, rejections or policy decisions taken by those providers.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of Ominus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
